What are some judicial tests? I already know about the M'Naughten rules and the Product Test (for mental competence to stand trial), and the Lemon Test and Coercion Test (for whether school-led prayer violates the establishment clause). I love these. What are some other judicial tests? Where can I read about them?

I'm interested in starting an after-school ACT test prep program for the high school students that I work with.
I'm not an educator, so I don't have a clue where to start. What are the best techniques, from start to finish to organizing and operating a successful group test preparation workshop? How can I help my students acquire the techniques they need to do well on the test?

I am good friends with my ex husband. He learned a couple of months ago that his PSA was over 20. He was also having a serious problem with his leg at the time (he had a femoral by pass surgery). That surgery went well and he has recovered from it..but during that time the high PSA results were put on the back burner until he could get through the surgery.

When, if ever, is it reasonable to ask for a preemptive test? Given a family history of congestive heart failure I'm wondering how reasonable it is to reguest a MUGA or echocardiogram just to allay (or confirm) my own worries. I'm definitely already going to see a doctor, so I'm not asking for medical advice. I guess I am asking for perspective to help me frame my request with my physician.
