Can you help me create a Word test that I can email to potential employees (without them being able to cheat on it too easily)? And without purchasing new software? [more inside]

A while back someone ran a personality test called The Cube on me. I've also played a similar game whereby each participant in turn says "I have never done [name of activity x goes here]" and the others around the table have to drink if they have done x. Can you recommend any other fun games, personality tests or quizzes that can be used in social situations, can be easily memorised, don't require much in the way of additional materials and help you get to know others better? School-age, juvenile stuff is perfectly acceptable!

I need a a script set or pages or package that will help me create a self-grade able multiple-choice quiz that someone can take online via the web, enter their name, receive a grade at the end along with what questions were missed, and automatically e-mail these same results along with the test-taker's name, to a specific email address (preferably two addresses). Can someone please point me to an old Metafilter FPP? It was about an annual test or exam given at a university (I believe in the UK) that was supposed to be extremely difficult. It was a general knowledge quiz, and 10 out of 10 is impossible, according to the professor who administers it. Does this ring a bell with anyone?
