Where can I buy Discworld items (Terry Pratchett) such as t-shirts, calendars, play scripts, coffee cups etc., in Brisbane, Australia before Christmas (not online as I don't have either a credit or debit card)? My brother is a Pratchett fan and I'm looking to extend his collection. Where in Brisbane (or surrounding areas) would be the best place to find Discworld paraphenalia? Obviously I'm leaving things to the last moment!

What gamelan group played before Terry Riley at a Santa Clara University performance in the late 70's? I attended a concert at Santa Clara U between 1975 and 1980 where Terry Riley performed "Rainbow in Curved Air." There was a gamelan group that performed first, but I cannot remember who they were.

Who were they?

I want a set of Discworld bookends for my Terry Pratchett collection. I'm particularly interested in Death, as I already have a gift set with the Librarian and Rincewind. I'm having trouble even finding the bookends online, and shipping directly from the UK would be pretty expensive, as they're heavy (naturally) and I'm in Florida. Where to look? How to get the best deal? Any help from the hive mind would be greatly appreciated!
