The Look of Public Radio Station Websites

I've noticed that websites for many NPR stations are using the same template. But I can't find a company that is common to the templates. There are names at the bottom of some sites but there isn't one name for all sites. Is this part of an NPR requirement that all member websites have a "corporate" identity? Some cabinet level agencies within the Federal Government went through a rebranding program in the early 2000s which included making individually designed websites adopt a organization wide look and I wonder if this is what is happening with public radio stations. Need to print a lot of labels. Need to stay sane.

I purchased a pack of labels that are compatible with MS Word, but every time I try to print, the first row of labels come out fine and the rest are off by various amounts. I am printing to the massive printer/photocopier in my office. I have tried using the manual feed tray and every one of the cassettes but the same thing happens each time. Help? [more inside]

Template / HTML 5 web sites?

I know of Wix, Squarespace, and Barley. What are some other companies that offer template websites with WYSIWYG-like interfaces? Preferably good template options, an Android app, and e-commerce-able. Each of the above is lacking in one of those areas--for instance, Squarespace has e-commerce and good templates but the Android app blows. Thanks!

Best website for purchasing website/wordpress templates?

Helping friends set up their small business website. I am not a web designer/developer, just fine with tweaking, dependable and honest--unlike their last web person. They don't need a lot of fancy stuff, but I would like to move them off of google sites and get them something 1)more professional 2) still easily updatable. They are hosted on godaddy with redirects now, which is wasteful. The godaddy webbuilder software does not impress so far. [more inside]

Seeking understanding and tools I need to design a homepage that is a dynamic bar chart.

This weekend I'm setting up a website for an academic event. I'd like the homepage of the site to have large, clickable progress bars that display the number of posts for each of the subpages (News & Announcements, Blog, Events, etc.). As more posts are added to each of the subpages (posts would likely be sorted and displayed by category and tag), its respective progress bar takes up more screen real estate and the tally count listed on/near it increases. Basically, I want the homepage to look like a giant, dynamic bar chart. Is there a freeware (or cheap) template, widget or piece of code that allows me to do this? [more inside]

Can I copy Templates for DVD Studio Pro 4?

Is it possible to get the folders of templates and styles from someone? I don't want a copy of your disk or to do anything illegal, but if someone had the program installed and could copy only those folders, I don't think it would constitute copyright infringement ... or would it?
