Why do I have a constant feeling of pressure on one part of my face? For months or even a year I have felt an almost constant feeling of pressure on the left side of my face around my cheek. It's sort of like I'm always squinting just a little bit and I can't stop doing it, like the muscle won't un-clench or something. [more inside]

My SO's constant night-time teeth grinding is driving me up the wall! I must have woken up 5 or 6 times last night with the noise, for the third night in a row. I know you can get mouth guards for this problem, but he hasn't seen a dentist in years, and we aren't rolling in cash. Can anyone recommend (cheap) solutions/ advice? He needs his teeth to last, and I need my sleep.

In my entire life, I have never had a good dream (that I can remember). What can I do about this? Every morning I awake feeling like I've just endured an extremely intense work out. These nightmares terrify me and are incredibly vivid. It feels like I am dreaming all night long, without ascending and descending through all of the stages of sleep. Is it possible to get too much REM sleep? If so, what causes this? Any sort of suggestion, outside of recommending therapy (done that), would be helpful. [more inside]

Teeth grinding and biting. My boyfriend has been complaining that I bite my teeth together quite loudly when I sleep. My google research indicates that this qualifies as bruxism and that it's probably stress related, but has anyone had any success with any particular forms of stress reduction (exercises, meditations, etc.) or behavioral modifications to solve this?
