I've upgraded to a Galaxy S3 and I've sold my old Verizon Galaxy Nexus. It is rooted and running Cyanogenmod 10. I have Rom Manager installed. How do I wipe the data and restore it to the standard Verizon firmware?

I love the new iOS4 capability of making and naming playlists on my ipod touch. I hate when I sync to iTunes on my computer and it wipes them all out. I have iTunes set to 'manually manage music and playlists' for my touch because I add/manage music on my touch from multiple PCs. If I check the checkbox to 'sync selected songs/playlists,' it tells me that all of my music will be wiped out.
Is there some way to allow my playlists to be kept on my device and preserve my ability to manually manage music without having to wipe out the entire music library

A few of my regular podcasts always 'time out' when Itunes attempts to download the latest episode. It starts downloading, then stops and I get a message like "17 of 35 MB - stopped." If I hit refresh, it starts downloading at a normal speed and then slows down and stops again. The only way I can get the podcast to download fully is to hit refresh, then as soon as it slows again I stop and hit refresh - over and over until it's complete.
Additional clues: This only happens with some podcasts, the rest download fine. One example that I always have problems with is the NPR Studio 360 show. Also, if I go to the web site and manually download (right-click/save as on the mp3 link), it downloads fine.
I'm on a Cox cable connection and my download speeds are fine for everything else.

Help me construct the ultimate poor man's Ipod boombox. I have a Sonic Impact T-Amp and 2 Infinity bookshelf speakers. I would like to be able to carry all 3 as a connected unit (Amp velcroed to the top of a speaker, speakers somehow connected together) but separate the speakers when needed. What's a good way to connect the speakers together without damaging them? I'd like to keep it as light weight as possible. Seems like Velcro might be too weak?
