Please suggest a good todo list/timesheet combo.

I am looking for a web and ios app that combines a To Do list and timesheet. Ideally it would be cheaper than Harvest, which is $12/month and has invoicing features I don't need. Bonus if it works for teams. Suggestions?

The number of repetitions accomplished by a player for each skill is recorded in an excel spreadsheet for ranking purposes.
