My roommate told me I can buy a computer and get a full refund on my taxes because I'm a student. Is this true, or partially true, or complete B.S.?

Today was the first day the stimulus withholding showed up in my paycheck. I can't tell: is this additional $13 just a change in withholding, or is my annual income tax actually reduced by $400? If it's just another bullshit rebate, I do not want this money. Please advise.

If I'm getting a tax refund, do I still have to file by April 17th (this year)? Someone told me that if you're getting a refund, it doesn't matter when you file......thanks!

[IncomeTaxFilter] I get paychecks from three employers. No matter how I adjust my withholding, I always seem to owe at the end of the year. I've tried taking the IRS's advice as to how to adjust withholding, but with no luck. Is there some reliable formula I can use to figure out how much I should ask to have withheld from my weekly paycheck?
