Simple task/timeboxing apps that let me plan tasks on a calendar

I am looking for an app that ideally works on Mac/iPad/Android that lets me keep a list of tasks and then plan those tasks on a calendar on a specific date and time. Due dates are not good enough, I really want to specify that I will do task X on Tuesday from 10.00-10.30. I then want to see a calendar view with all my planned tasks for the day/week, as if they were appointments. [more inside]

Help me find two songs from the impossible soundtrack

Many years ago, back in 2008 or 2009, I watched a movie called The Bilbee Boys on some shady no-name video streaming site. It wasn't a great movie but there were two songs on the soundtrack that I loved. I am looking for those songs. [more inside]

How do I automate web form-entry tasks?

I have a pretty simple but repetitive task: From a starting spreadsheet, I have to input information from each row into a web form. The web form generates .pdf files, which are downloaded and need to be renamed based on data from the spreadsheet. What software can I use for a task like this? What approaches can I take for automating this and similar tasks in the future? [more inside]

I need a sequential, easily-changeable, dateless online to-do list.

I'm looking for a digital to-do list that doesn't force me to set dates and can be rearranged easily. It can be either a website or a program that syncs to the cloud. I envision a simple list of tasks where I can quickly move the tasks up and down depending on how their relative priority changes. I would like to be able to assign an approximate completion time instead of setting a finish date since I never meet dates due to an ever evolving list. I plan to use this for keeping myself on task at work. The solutions can be free or paid. More preferred attributes inside. [more inside]

Win7: "Hibernate" Scheduled Task Runs Even When Missed

I have, to aid in not permitting myself to stay up too late, set Windows 7's Task Scheduler to automatically hibernate at a certain time in the evening that varies according to weekday. However, if I manually hibernate the system beforehand (i.e., go to sleep earlier than the deadline), when I wake it the next morning, it hibernates shortly thereafter. However, importantly, I do not have the "Run task as soon as a scheduled start is missed" checkbox turned on. I've seen this, but Richard's suggestion of only letting the task run after a certain idle period – I don't think it'd be suitable as I don't want activity (either mine or the computer's) to be able to push things past the deadline. Any ideas as to what I can do?

Can AutoHotKey close processes in Task Manager

Multi-part question: Do the various 'services' that run automatically on my computer (such as ipodservice.exe, ituneshelper.exe, adobeupdater.exe) reduce my computer performance significantly enough that it is worth switching them off in Task Manager? How might I automate that process (given that I don't have admin rights -- work laptop)? Could an AutoHotKey script close a batch of these?

MS Project like to-do list

todolist filter: I know there are dozens of questions here about to-do lists already, but, alas, none of them fit my requirements. I want to commit

Does Outlook have a way for people to easily "commit" to email requests from others (e.g. "can you please do this by next Thursday"). Perhaps a "commit by" button which sends a confirmation back to the requestor, and adds the task to your Outlook Task list, with multiple reminders set to remind you as you get closer to your commit date.
