Our team is virtual and uses Google Calendar to see free/busy time between co-workers. One of our VPs loathes Google Calendar and instead uses Outlook (2010 on her laptop/2013 on her desktop). How can I get her Google Calendar to show up with two-way sync in Outlook so she doesn't have to use Chrome-native Google Calendar but we can still see her meetings? Complication below... I currently use approximately four+ computers with all major OS'es (Mac, Windows, Linux-Ubuntu) between work and home. Plus an Ipod Classic for portable music listening. Problem is keeping my music library up to date on all machines, or synced together. If I create a playlist, or change ratings, genre, etc. the results also aren't propagated to the other machines. On Windows and Mac I've been using Itunes but I'm not necessarily tied to it, but it does work on 2 of the 3 OS'es. Any suggestions? There are some previous similar questions, but all look several years old.

Is there a option or another product like Active Sync that will allow me to sync certain files where I want them to go on my PDA (ie storage card) instead of the default local place on the device? Its a Pocket PC with Windows Mobile 5....
Any one know if you can limit MS's Foldershare app to only sync certain filetypes (say .mp3 only). I am trying to sync my music collection between 2 PC's but I've hit the 10000 file limit. These folders include the .jpg album covers that media player downloads when updating an album. I would rather sync just the .mp3 files and have each PC download the album art so I can stay under the 10000 file limit. Thanks.

imacs and palm pilots and windows systems - do they play nicely together? i'm trying to help a friend figure out if his soon-to-arrive imac (his first mac since 85) will be able to sync with the calendar and contact software on a palm pilot. he currrently uses ACT at work (WIN), but is willing to change that to a different calendar/contact solution that will allow him to sync the palm pilot at home too, (and add info at home). any advice on simple solutions or best practices?
