Now that
WeEndure is going away, I need somewhere to track my exercise. There are a number of places that have biking and running, but not swimming. I'd prefer simpler to the more complex sites like MapMyRun (which, again, doesn't do swimming, from what I can see). I have seen
this and wondered what things are out there, four years later. Bonus: a place that I can dump all my WeEndure data into so I hit the ground running.

As I get older and, perhaps, wiser, I'm looking for smarter ways to train for triathlons. I've had wonderful success with Chi Running and Terry Laughlin's Total Immersion swim program. Are there any similar programs for cycling?
Thanks.

I've just entered a fairly short triathlon - 400m swim (in Sydney Harbour, so not open ocean but not a pool), 8km cycle, 4km run. The route for the cycle and the run is fairly easy and my level of fitness is such that I could definitely do both of those individually with no problem at all. This weekend I'll be doing an 8km cycle followed immediately by a 4km run just to make sure, but I don't foresee any problems.

I recently moved to Phoenix and am lucky enough to have a swimming pool in my backyard. It's perfect for water aerobics but not so much for swimming, as one end of the pool is much shallower than the other. I'm looking for good instructional water aerobics videos. Any suggestions? I haven't found much on the web so I'm ok with buying something if it's highly recommended.

Doesn't the underfur removed by a Furminator serve as insulation, waterproofing, and buoyancy for a dog, especially a water dog like a Lab? She never wants to get out of the water and I'm afraid she'll get too cold.

I want to go on a grand adventure, a multi day hike/swim - eg
Hike half a day, swim across lake, hike a bit more, swim out to an island, hike and repeat..etc.
warm water, health environment, lots of short length water crossing (say 200m) and some longer (1 km) are good.
sharks, crocodiles, parasites and icebergs are not.
Where in the world is it possible to do this?
