sv650 owners, speak up please

Have you owned a Suzuki SV650 or SV650s? What did you not like about it? I've been obsessing and researching about motorcycles for a couple of months now. I believe I've narrowed my choice down to the Suzuki SV650s (just like the SV650 but with a fairing and a slightly lower posture).

I've heard all the amazing things about this bike. I'm totally psyched to get one as soon as I can afford it. I've read several posts on AskMe where owners have lauded it, and I've been reading a couple of fan/devotee/cult sites dedicated to it. Nobody ever says anything bad about it.

I'm considering a 2004+ model ('99-'02 were not fuel injected, and the '03 model was a one-off design).

If you have owned this motorcycle and there was something you didn't like about it, please speak up. I'd like to hear it.

I've taken the MSF class, I have the endorsement on my license, I have all of the gear minus riding pants, I'm 6'0"

How reliable is a Suzuki Aerio or SX4?

How reliable are small Suzuki cars? I am thinking of buying a Suzuki SX4, but I am having a hard time finding reliability information (both on the Internet and on Consumer Reports).

Are there any owners of SX4s or Aerios out there who could give me a feeling as to how happy they are with their purchase? Or how cheap/expensive to maintain the cars were?

Any info would be great. Thanks!

Keep the 93 Civic or the 2002 Aerio?

1993 Honda Civic or 2002 Suzuki Aerio? I love my Honda, with 125K miles, and have taken very good care of it. The engine is great, but I'm at the point where it needs things that cost $500 to $1,000 a pop, plus the interior is really worn. My mom's Aerio, at 65,000 miles, is still under warranty. So I could drive it for a few years and not have to spend any money. I know the Honda is the better car, but does it make sense to keep it and sell the Aerio? I'm still kicking myself for selling my '84 Toyota pickup nine years ago.

We'll have fun, fun, fun til grandma takes the Aerio away. But why?

Tips for maintaining a car

With any luck, I'm about to take ownership of my first car. I'm not particularly mechanically minded, what are the basic things I need to do to maintain it? I've left it until my late 20s to get my first car, a 1992 Suzuki Samurai 4x4, which I want to keep running smoothly and in good condition.

So what are the basics of looking after a car? What needs refilling, topping up, cleaning off every so often? What tools or useful items should I be keeping in the car? Any other tips or tricks?

Suzuki Forenza "Elevator" Commercial?

I was riding in an elevator at work when I saw the Suzuki Forenza commercial "Elevator" come on. I'd like to get a copy of the commercial ... ... but I don't see it on YouTube or Google Video. I don't see it on the two locations people recommended to me when I was looking for a commercial before, TVAdVideos (which now seems gone) or AdRag. I'd nevertheless love to get my mitts on ~~her~~ the commercial. However, if a video is completely unavailable, stills would do. (Sorry, but she's purdy in her cycling outfit, h'yuh h'yuh!)

Extra points if it's in a format other than AVI, FLV, or WMV, which my Mac doesn't always appreciate. (It completely chokes on AVIs, FLVs only show in a uber-nasty UI "FLV Player" (I can't get ffmpegX to convert them), and Flip4Mac WMV doesn't like Intel Macs quite yet.)

Who is the actress in the Suzuki Grand Vitara commercial? The ad starts with a man leaving home and kissing his wife goodbye, then jumps off of a cliff with a parachute to the bottom of a ravine where his Vitara awaits. The wife looks incredibly familiar to me, but I just can't place her.

Suzuki Esteem Door Handles?

I'm looking for a reputable online auto parts store. Within a week of each other, both of the front door handles on my 2002 Suzuki Esteem broke off inside (passenger and driver side). I pulled off the inside of the door to survey the damage and I'll need replacements. Has anyone here dealt with an online auto parts store/site that they could recommend? The only place I found that actually has the part, seems a little dicey. Thanks in advance.
