Most helpful groups/resources/forums for anxiety issues? (Cleveland, OH)

I am not meshing well with my therapist, and I plan on quitting. Finding a new therapist under my current health plan would take months; they're booking into May at the earliest. Support for New Parents with Asperger's

I'm looking for support groups for soon-to-be-parents with Asperger's Syndrome. Both individuals are 20ish and haven't had a lot experience being self-sufficient, have had difficulty organizing their lives, keeping jobs, etc. They are very excited about having a child, but could use some guidance on parenting, setting up a home, etc.
