Recommend me a Stretching/Yoga App for iOS

I'm looking for an equivalent to the You Are Your Own Gym body weight exercises app. I've been using the app for a couple of months now and I really like it - the exercises are explained in good detail and there is a good progression from very easy to challenging. There seem to be loads of apps available but I'm not sure which ones are any good. Which have you found useful?

The phantom joint pain strikes again...

I strained my adductor muscle (groin) in March and rested like a mofo - no exercise at all for probably 10 weeks. The doctor said it looked like a localized injury and that some stiffness would be natural because the repaired muscle grows back a little longer (weird). I've been gradually ramping back up with slow exercise - yoga, dance, etc. - but today after a more strenuous workout I'm feeling a dull ache in my muscle after no pain at all for weeks. Argh. YANMD, but ye who have pulled groin muscles before, does this mean I have hurt myself again, or is some soreness here and there natural? Do you ever feel pain from past injuries? Should I go back to the doctor or just do some gentle stretches and watch it for a few days? [more inside]

Can I stretch out my light bulb?

I have a candelabra chandelier (E12) and I want to use LED bulbs in them. The problem is, the bases of the bulbs are so wide that they bottom out in the socket before the bulb's end pin can make contact with the bottom of the socket. The socket does not have a tab I can pull out, and the chandelier is made in a way that replacing the sockets does not seem very accessible. I have encountered this with two different brands of light bulbs, and looking around, it seems that it is a common problem with LED lights. So, I want to stretch out my light bulbs. [more inside]

Where should I go to stretch after swimming?

I'm having a terrible time figuring out where to do my 10-15 minute full-body stretch after swimming. I feel like an alien visitor to Planet Gym, and I have been trying determine where it is culturally acceptable to do this activity, but remain unsure. [more inside]

Variety in work out plan.

I started going to the gym 5 days a week last year and am managing to hold steady with that. I do one hour a day, 15 minutes running, 15 minutes yoga, and 15 minutes weights. (The remaining 15 minutes is me lying on the ground breathing heavily at various points.) Should I be concentrating on one of the three at a time? [more inside]

Will these muscles ever open up?

I'm 54 years old, fairly new (2+ years) into a yoga practice. I'm unable to open up enough to successfully do many of the poses; my muscles are not only tight but also actually shorter (from what a trusted massage therapist told me) shorter than the same muscles on other people, presumably because I've carried stress by tightening up all these years. I do believe in this practice, and the possibilities of actually opening up these muscles over time -- is this just delusional? [more inside]
