Piggy backing on my previous question about freezer friendly foods for a workplace drama fridge- now I need at home freezer help - how to freeze a variety of stuff so I can stop tossing out wilted celery, slimy mashed potatoes, etc. I have some ideas and need your input (or commiseration). What foods/ingredients do you freeze, amd how? Specifics inside, and begging for advice with freezables not listed. [more inside]

I have one of those pretty standard, leather, 'executive' chairs that you buy at Staples. it has the L-shaped yoke on the right hand side, and the phallic tube extending from the base. Recently it stopped reclining, like, all of a sudden. I remember playing with the Phallus until it reclined again, but that's not working. What do I do?

Can you guys help me add some new staple recipes to my dinner repertoire? I have about 3 things that I cook, and I'm sick of 2 of them. I have a few ... issues ... with the kitchen that I'm trying to work around, which I've noted inside. [more inside]

How many staples (metal pieces out of a stapler used to bind papers) are thrown away per year in the United States? In the world? Please cite a print reference if possible.
Alternatively, I imagine that most staples are discarded. How many are produced?

I know I can build computers myself. But I want to buy a notebook. And I want it already fully built, with a nice in-store warranty. However, I want NO SOFTWARE along with it. Absolutely none. Am I entitled to that? [more inside]

I need to get some clothing staples for a young woman. She needs basic underwear, socks, t-shirts; you know, the standards. Anyone know of a good place to go? Target, Wal-mart, etc. all seem to not sell this sort of thing online.

Why do undulated staples
exist? They appeared in my workplace office supply drawer, and have puzzled myself, coworkers, Google, and Wikipedia.
