Web front end for SQL Server?

Are there really no web front end design environments that are as stupid simple as MS Access form design for a SQL Server back end? I can write a real clever stored procedure for SQL Server and assign cute and short aliases to every element of the result set and crank out an Access form or forms in no time and distribute it as a light weight front end with only execute permission required. Is there some analog for a web front end? [more inside]

Will SQL 2000 work in 2008 domain?

Nerdlinger/Microsoft Server Filter: Can SQL 2000 exist in a Windows 2008 Domain when installed on a Windows 2000 member server ? Before anyone says it, yes, yes I know it's old, outdated, unsupported, we should be using SQL 2005 or looking at SQL 2008 and that it can't be installed on a Windows 2008 server. BUT... does anyone know if SQL 2000 will work when installed on a Windows 2000 server that is a member of a Windows 2008 domain? I know that Windows 2000 servers can be members of a 2008 domain but Exchange 2000 won't work. Will SQL 2000?

How do I create a SQL Server 2000 'View' programmatically, using Visual Basic?

I'm working in Visual Basic (Access 2003, technically) with a SQL Server 2000 backend, and I believe I need to create a View dynamically... I am very familiar with creating QueryDef's and Stored Procedures on the fly, but have never attempted to create a View in this manner... My google-fu seems to be failing me at the moment.. Best Book/Site for improving MS SQL Skills?

I currently have a very low level of SQL knowledge (I can construct simple queries for multiple tables, but I start to fall apart on the difference between inner and outer joins). I need to learn to create multiple join SQL queries and Dynamic SQL/Stored Procedures on MS SQL Server 2000 in a short period of time. I'd also like to learn to use MS Query Analyzer more efficiently. Is there one book or online resource that is best for this? Additionally, are there alternatives to using MS Query Analyzer, or is that really *the* tool? [more inside]
