I am looking for a women's swimwear, which is fully covered. Can you pl. recommend some shopping store. The reason i am looking for fully covered is i have some marks on my upper arms and legs (on the thighs) due to skin surgery/transplantation and i want to cover them, so that they are not visible.

When I was young, I was instructed not to wear swim goggles for any water activity that could force water at them, like waterskiing or diving headfirst off a diving board. The theory was that strong contact could pull one's eyeball out of its socket as a result of the suction and vacuuming that would occur on impact with the water. Fact or fiction?

I've agreed on short notice to go skiing next week, and realize that I'm out of shape. Is there anything I can do to prepare myself so that I'm not putting myself at risk of injury, or that will keep my legs from feeling very sore after the first day? I only have 8 days.
