What's up with that annoying fast-motion digital effect that's been popping up in movies the past few years? I think it's supposed to make things look scary, but it really has the effect of making everything look like a bad Benny Hill comedy. [MovieNameFilter] A couple of years ago, I remember seeing a trailer for a movie of oriental origin -- I think it was korean, but I'm not sure -- that was a CGI/live-action giant robot movie, with a swordsman all in white doing a serious job of kicking ass (and potentially taking names, but it was all in a language foreign to me, so I'm not too sure). Does anyone A) know what the name of this film is, B) know where I can find it, and C) know if it was translated into english, or at least subtitled?

I saw Cirque du Soleil's "O" in Las Vegas. One of the best shows that I've ever seen. However, it did lead to one of those, "How did they do that moments." (More inside. If you haven't seen the show and think you may, you may want ot pass on viewing). [more inside]
