Songfilter: There was a song that I was listening on the radio a while back that I'd like to listen to again but my google-fu is failing me. The song is a little slow with light female vocals, and one of the lines in the chorus was or sounded like "I assume, I assume, I assume." Does this ring a bell to anyone?

what song is this? synthpop-sounding, melodic and upbeat but slightly melancholic as well. from what i can remember of the chorus may have been something about "rosanna" (not TOTO!). more vague descriptors within...

Who sang the cover of the Beatles song 'Do You Want to Know a Secret?' where the lyrics were replaced with Japanese words and company names like sushi, jvc, sony and subaru?

Okay, I heard a song a few months ago. It sounds like a really epic Cheap Trick song. The lyrics are pretty sexually explicit (not a lot of dirty words, but highly erotic) and the singer sounds a bit like Edwyn Collins.

I'd be really thrilled if someone could tell me what song this is. It used to be popular(ish) on the radio in central Canada in the mid-90's and I *think* that the artist is Susan Aglukark (
http://www.susanaglukark.com/) but I could be off on that.
There are no words in the song that I can remember and it's really hard to google search on a melody. I've tried to create a picture of the notes (to the best of my ability) and I've also created a small mp3 file the overall melody (see tinyurl link - hopefully the ding-dong computer sound doesn't annoy you too much)
I'd really appreciate your help with this - I've been singing this tune to people for years to try and figure out what song it is.

I need to find the name of a musician. All I know is that he has a song or album called "Slide", that he's male, and that his last name has a hyphen in it.
