Here's the YouTube version of the video
. I tried Google, Shazam, and Audentifi without any results. Does anyone know what the song or artist is? I understand it may be from an audio library or custom made for this video, but I thought I'd see if anyone can identify it.
I've only heard the song twice in my life. The second time I managed to slam a cassette tape into a tape recorder, capturing the 2nd half of the song. That was thirty years ago. Haven't figured it out since. [more inside]
It's the first track on this youtube mix
. Shazam and SoundHound come up empty.
Longest of long shots but does anybody recall hearing a rap/hiphop song on bandcamp with a Vanilla Ice sample? The beat may have had a bit of the "under pressure" bass line and some hand claps. About 3 times through the song they'd throw the vanilla ice sample in from "Ice Ice Baby" and right when the sample said ".....alright stop" the beat would cut out for a few seconds and then start back up.
I'd like to get hold of a long list of all the songs that have been on the "Now That's What I Call Music" music compilation (from number 1 right up to the current 79). Is that possible and, if so, how? [more inside]
Does anyone remember a music video from the early 90s where a woman with really long braids walks through a city street and sings about a break-up.
She might be wearing a trenchcoat, and she might be on a subway car. [more inside]
I'm looking for a country music song. All I can remember is the artist, male, singing about the presidents of the US. If can remember correctly they were lining up and at a funeral (but, I could be wrong). Any suggestions as to what song it was?
Sexy sex song filter: Looking for artist/song name. Song is very sexy, has horns (kind of like Propellerheads' History Repeating) and a woman's voice cut in, saying things like "I find you very attractive", "Um, do you want to go to bed with me?" [more inside]
Looking for a song artist name (may be Sanseverino) and/or translation and/or original French lyrics... [more inside]
What is this song
(252 kb mp3), and who is it by, please? [more inside]
All of my MP3s contain only Artist/Song info in their ID tags. Is there a program (Windows) that can search by Artist/Song and add Album/Year/etc info to my MP3 tags? [more inside]
After recently having seen The Life Aquatic, I noticed that the soundtrack missed a song from one of the key scenes in the movie. This is not the first time I have come across this phenomenon and I wondered if anyone knew whether it was a legal issue with copyright or something as mundane as CD capacity. After all, if an artist/label allows their song to feature in a movie, why not on the soundtrack too?
