What apps do you use to help you stay focused on work? I'm looking for Mac and web apps. I don't have clinically diagnosable ADHD, but I'm curious about what's out there and can certainly use the help sometimes.

I'm looking for an online day planner that lets you schedule your To Dos. I like to plan my day by assigning a time estimate to each to do item and then sticking it somewhere in my daily calendar. For example: "laundry" 1-2:30PM.

Photoshop Keyboard Shortcut: Anyone know the keyboard shortcut for "Fill path with foreground color"?
I can't find it anywhere and usually you can google and find something, so I'm thinking maybe there isn't one, and you just gotta click it in the paths tab. Thanks..

Can anyone suggest good (and hopefully free) software that will prevent other applications from running during specified parts of the day? The idea is to block certain non-productive applications (media players, games, etc.) during the day when I should be working. Ideally it would allow me to specify which hours each program was blocked and to allow the programs to be unlocked with a password if needed.

Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Professional: I've got a document with several hundred links in it. Right now, they're all invisible; I'd like to change them all to dotted rectangles of a particular color. Is there any way to change the appearance of every link in the document simultaneously? "Make this the default appearance" doesn't do it; it only affects the links you make in the future. Help?

I'm looking for a productivity-tracking software (freeware) that does the very simplest task of logging the applications I'm using, and its usage duration. At the end of the day it will help me to identify the time I spent mucking around on the web, and actual work productivity.
