Does your High School have a fun and effective way of staying in touch with the alumni? How do they do it? Class agents?, Mass emails?, Facebook groups?, Annual events?, Online or hard publications? I am looking for your advice and ideas.

Is it common when trying cognitive behavioral therapy for you to become more anxious when challenging your thoughts? Does cognitive behavioral therapy work for drug addicts? I have been a drug addict, and I have been trying CBT and sometimes I feel like I will always feel like this because I dont have something in my system. I have bad Social anxiety when i try to talk to people. It happens almost everyday. I hope CBT will eventually help, but I do not know if this is just the way I am because of a lack of dopamine in my system?

I want to offer to handle a few acquaintances' domain management and some basic social media presence stuff, as they've offered to pay me to do it. Can I just do things in my name and have them pay me directly? I am a complete newbie to being paid for this, and I just want to see if I should look into anything.

My friend has heard that people marry those who are similar to themselves (in looks, age, social class, education etc). He worries this will rule out all the "good" women.
Help me advise him how marriages really work.

Any tips on being more social ? Lately, I have noticed that I am becoming more and more intraverted, whenever an activity comes up where other people I know will be there , I automatically start thinking of the reasons why it's not worth going or how it might go wrong. I don't like this new frame of mind , but at the same time I never feel bored or anxious to do anything else when Im by myself , or with my gf. Any tips on changing my intraverted ways ??

I've noticed lately that some new friends I've met last year via a social anxiety meetup group make plans for getting together amongst themselves and then inform me at the last minute, after all the plans have been made. This bothers me and I don't know why it's happening. Any insights on what I could do to handle it without sounding like a whiny child?

Books with a Kindle edition would be a bonus.

Why do I repeat myself instead of explaining or describing what I mean in real-life conversation? When people have acknowledged my statement, why do I keep going with it at all, much less repeat almost the exact same phrasing? Why do I have so much trouble maintaining continuity in a topic? I am a dreadful conversationalist- this must be really irritating to others, but half the time I don't even realize that I'm doing it. How can I stop?

I have a Wordpress blog as my "homepage". I barely use it, because it has been almost entirely supplanted by Facebook, Twitter, and Flickr.
However I still have a need for a homepage, if only to have somewhere to quickly point people to the aforementioned external services, and maybe a place to stick a link to my Amazon wish list, for example.
Is there a service which will auto-agregate content from Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, etc. and create a nice friendly page to show technophobic family members?
