How do I find some not-yet-famous Paul Grahams and Seth Godins? I'd like to put together a small circle of bright iconoclasts for regular online conversations. Graham and Godin would be perfect, but they're otherwise engaged. How do I find people who are curious, wise, and highly verbal, but haven't (yet) attracted large audiences?

Recent study showing that the person in a group who talks most is judged most knowledgeable by other members of the group. I read an article about this somewhere on the Web within the last three weeks, and now I can't find it again. Can you help?
