Anybody have a good suggestion for a nice night cap (the kind you wear, not the kind you drink)? Or another product to mitigate the effect of winter chill on the exposed head area?

Mrs. Mitheral would like to get some sleepwear like this, or this, or even this or this for actually sleeping in. The problem is she's got shoulders like Gordie Howe so all those thin strap jobs either just slip right down and off or twist around choking her. She's convinced that if she could find something similiar but with more tank top style straps it would work out. I've wasted more time than I like to think about cruising the women's wear stores at the mall and on line with no luck. Anyone got a recommendation to an online retailer with a product of the style I'm looking for? [more inside]
