How do I keep my glasses from fogging up while skiing? Just got back into (downhill) skiing but I wear glasses now, and peering through the fog that forms on them when I'm wearing goggles is making me crazy, plus I can't see things like icy spots or fallen snowboarders. Are there some sort of secret techniques for preventing this?

I'm in the Twin Cities, and I see a number of great-sounding ski stores in my area: Sisu Nordic, Hoigaard's, Midwest Mountaineering, Hopkins Ski and Cycle, and more. How do I best prepare my quads for skiing this winter. I will probably only go once or twice but I'd like to enjoy both of those times. I went once last year with out doing any prep it was the first time in about 6 years. Everything was fine except for my quads, it got to the point about half way through the day I couldn't go on. The rest of my body felt fine (tired but fine). What can I do to keep my quads from hurting so bad I have to end my day short?

Last minute long weekend holiday getaway, Doable? Advice needed on taking a belated Valentines long weekend with my sweetie. We're in NYC and would prefer to drive. Ski Movie Aficionados: Approximately five years ago I read about a very artful ski movie in the middle of multi-year production.
