Six Feet Under Season Five DVD

When will Six Feet Under Season Five come out on DVD? My wife and I don't get HBO, but we've watched all of Six Feet Under on DVD via Netflix. All but Season Five, of course. I am hesitant to look too thoroughly for this information, as I don't want to encounter any spoilers.

Would someone mind a more intensive googling to find a release date? Please avoid discussing plot points. Thanks!

Six Feet Under's third-season episode "The Trap." What is the song Nate's singing out the car window along with the car radio as he and William Aaron Jaffe blast down the road? Ralph Covert and the Bad Examples' "Not Dead Yet"?

If not, does anyone know what it is?

On the first-season Six Feet Under DVDs, why is the theme song in French in a different key than in English and Spanish?

On the first-season Six Feet Under DVD's, the theme song on the French-language audio track is in a slightly different key/tuning than the English- and Spanish-language audio tracks (like a little less than half a step, maybe) -- why? [a bit more MI] In fact, all the incidental music (I think) is like that -- just a little bit higher. Or lower, I forget which now and I'm away from the DVD player. Definitely noticeable, but not a full half-step. Nor is it just that the music is being played at a different speed, I think; to my ears, it sounds like the instruments were retuned a little differently and then the theme was recorded.

So... what's up with that?

Also, please, don't reference any plot events whatsover, spoilers or not (unless somehow it directly answers my question!). Thanks.
