Lately I have been having problems at various internet sites (even Hotmail) - when I visit a site sometimes the page opens up and there is nothing but gibberish...like this - it fills the entire page "542 ‹ì=kWÛÈ’ŸÃ9ûújvÀœ1~ŒÁ$à8‰µÉι?ÅÚbPÛžë¦i9Urçº!KJ¡Á¢Â0NžtÛš8 ESµVª" - Why is this happening - is it a hardware or software problem? Sometimes I can bring the site page back to normal by hitting the refresh button but other times I just keep getting the above nonsense even after hitting refrsh several times. Thanks in advance in the event that anyone provides an answer.

Hi! I will be travelling to BC for one week in early September (3rd-10th) and will be driving from Vancouver to Kelowna and back (leaving Sunday, coming back Wednesday). I'm curious what codes are used to create sites such as myspace.com. Obviously html for the design, but what about the rest of the site. It is essentially a database. I'm not a programmer so I have no idea what type of coding is involved for searching and allowing others to fill out forms to create a profile. Repost: What sites are out there like Kuro5hin? By that, I mean sites where you can read articles about diverse topics such as How to brew beer, Steganography, Scoring Baseball Games, US Electoral College Changes, Strike Fighters, the Future of Money, Theory of Relativity and Low Carb diets. The reason I ask, is because k5 has been troll-infested for quite some time now, despite the occasionally interesting article. Of course, I'm looking primarily for community sites with discussion.
