Single Page Daily News Brief - name that site

I have a specific site in mind, and I can't find it for the life of me. It's a consciously minimalist design, about 5 stories per day, summarized. The stories are all in a single column, on a single page, black text on a white background. Clean as clean can be. [more inside]
