I'm struggling with heath issues that make it hard to eat. I can only seem to keep a few things down. I need ideas of food that fit these specifics and super simple directions on how to make them as I'm awful at cooking and don't have the energy to do it.

I'm writing an Asian cookbook. The recipes are mostly finished, and I'm currently testing and narrowing them down to the truly tasty. It'll be self published for friends and family, so won't need to look truly fancy. But I'm stuck for inspiration as to design and layout. So I'm looking for examples of simple but beautiful cookbook page layouts. Preferably viewable online. Suggestions?

I'm looking for an easy to use 3g phone that my mother can use. All she needs is the ability to make/recieve phone calls & texting.
Touch screens are a no, no. And the phone should be under £100.
3g is a must as we need to get her on the 3 network in the UK.

Aural Joy Filter: which songs, performed live and on YouTube, combine simplicity, beauty and quietness into a haunting, moving whole that will make you cry when the mood is right?
There are such lists on Ask MeFi, but often without links.I'm thinking of things like
this by Kate Rusby, which is just the most gorgeously sad thing.
