My wife and I were writing a brief thank-you note to some friends, and she was helping to edit. I then signed it off as 'Arandia & Wife' -- only my wife says that it should be 'Wife & Arandia', since *I* wrote the letter and it is coming from my email address.

I just filled out a tax form with a signature app where I "drew" my signature in the field (with a mouse) and it applied filter "smoothing" and other things to make it look like a real ink signature... It actually looked BETTER than my real hand written signature.
Where can I get something like that to make my own ink looking images?

I would like customers to be able to digitally sign an electronic invoice on a Samsung SII. I see there are a few apps out there that do this but they seem to get mixed reviews. Do you have specific experience with an app of this type (signature capture) that you can recommend?

I have a few items which were signed by Andy Warhol in the early 80s and I don't know if they're worth having professionally appraised. Such an appraisal would cost some $$ and it wouldn't be worth it for items of negligible value. So I need your best amateur Antiques Roadshow advice on if any or all of these things have a value sufficient to warrant a professional appraisal. Here's the list:

What should I use for an email signature? I'm a freelancer with a contract doing a research project for a media company. (It's for a community resource that will be publicly, freely available.) Part of that research is approaching various people and groups for information and opinions, and I don't know what to call myself that seems... credible.

I got
Werner Herzog to sign one of my
Chuck's. He used a permanent Sharpie. I'd like to continue wearing the shoes (it's just a signature), but I'd like the sig to fade as slowly as possible (it's Werner Herzog's signature OMG!)
What is the best way to protect Werner Herzog's signature (in Sharpie) on a pair of Chuck's?

Do you add a suffix after your name in your email signature? For example, if you are a certified project manager, do you add PMP after your name? Or if you have your MBA, do you add 'MBA' after your name?
If so, why? I ask because I believe in 99% of the cases where I've seen a suffix, it is unnecessary and not used within the right context or it just simply isn't worthy of being added after a name.
I would be interested in some responses arguing both sides of the issue.

I have a small book coming out in a few months, and will most likely be asked to sign a number of them for family, friends, complete strangers. However, my signature is a indiscernible squiggle. Should I practice a special signature for the book, or maybe buy a small embosser to use with the signature? Any examples of out of the ordinary author signatures people have are welcome.

Does my signature have to match my legal name? The reason I ask is because I go by my middle name, not my first. My wife insists that I sign "legal" things like car loans and tax returns with my full name, while I maintain that my typical signature is fine (and grudgingly sign her way). Which one is it?
