Heathrow Terminal 5: I need a shower

As I understand it, there aren't any public showers or pay-for-entry spas/lounges/hotel-pods with showers at Heathrow T5. (Only in the elite lounge that I can't get into.) I'll be there for 11 hours, between two longhaul flights. What's the easiest way to get myself to a shower? I'm up for paying for a lounge, or a hotel pod, or whatever - I'm just not sure of what the most hassle-free way is to get to one. Do I just hop on a bus between terminals? I'd like to avoid having to go through security multiple times.

Possibility of a shower upon arrival at Heathrow Terminal 4? I'm doing an overnight flight to Heathrow T4 and would fancy a shower upon arrival in the morning. I've checked the BAA Heathrow website but it just says "showers available before and after security" without any particular details.

Has anyone done this? I'm not transferring to another flight... since I don't want to leave my luggage on the carousel, I'm assuming I would have to then find the shower "before" security (ie, land-side).

Help me find a book about faucet design. I don't know if anything like this exists, but a search on amazon.com turned up nothing. I basically want to find out more about what styles of faucets and showers, etc . . . have existed in modern times; say the lasy 100 - 150 years. A book that covered interior decorating with a lot of faucets would be okay too. Anyone know if anything like this?

BridalShowerFilter: We are hosting a bridal shower for about 20 people at my house on Sunday. I have two questions. One is about punch. 1) Can anyone recommend a great receipe for a non-alcoholic punch? I have a great victorian cut-glass punchbowl and twenty cups, but can't figure out what to serve in it.

2) Other than eat and open presents, what (if anything) should we do? We have a wide range of backgrounds and ages attending -- what showers have you attended that were "most fun"? What should we avoid? The Bride has requested "no games"

What the differences between how and when men and women shower?

Inspired by this question, I'm wondering about the differences between men and women when it comes to showering. My boyfriend showers at least once a day...often two of three times. I usually do it every other day or so. I also wash my hair every time I shower....he doesn't. Maybe that has something to do with it? I don't find that either of us are any stinkier than the other pre-showering....so what gives?

I'm gutting a bathroom and getting a new shower installed (double-length). I know this is the only time in my life I'll ever get EXACTLY the shower I want, so I'm racking my brain trying to figure out what to build in there. So far I'm thinking, stereo speakers in the walls, two nozzles (one in front, one overhead). There must be something I'm leaving out. Help me prevent a "d'oh" moment two weeks after it's done -- what am I missing?
