Best close-shave electric shaver?

What's the best very-close-shave electric shaver/razor for the face and other sensitive areas? I'm intrigued by the Cleancut and the similar Body Bare, but they seem too good to be true and honest reviews are hard to find. Do you have personal experience with either of those, or another you really like? Or does what I want even exist? [more inside]

I like being hairy. But maybe I'll like being a little less hairy.

ItchyGirlParts filter. I shaved my nether regions two days ago and now it itches in that prickly "hair is growing and stabbing me" kind of way. What can I do to prevent/mitigate this itching. Aside from, "shave every other morning." Throwaway email and other details follow. [more inside]

Any useful recommendations for lower budget (i.e. less than $100) electric shavers?

After twenty years of wet shaving, I'm buying an electric shaver, mainly for traveling. Any useful recommendations for lower budget ones (i.e. less than $100), or more importantly, ones to avoid? I have fast growing, black, thick/wiry stubble, so it needs to have plenty of torque or whatever it is that electric shavers have.
