I'm in the US, my partner is in Melbourne AU. In a very last minute arrangement, he is picking up his 6 year old daughter for Easter weekend. Does anyone know any way that I can get some Easter goodies (a traditional Easter basket, preferably) delivered there in time? I would likely need to accomplish this online.

Has anyone ever used a good Spanish text correction (not translation) service? I'd prefer to have my Spanish corrected by humans if possible, not software.

Is BigSpot (as seen on TV) a major scam, a minor scam, or a good way for a bored person to make a few pennies skewing demographic research. Or other? Are there any reputable or recommendable companies of this nature? I don't want to make a living, I just want to choose your mayonnaise.

I am looking for examples of websites that provide "best-in-class" customer service capabilities via the online channel. What are those e-commerce websites you think have amazing self-service options and are easy-to-use?

I want to send to few people (myself included) few pages from a book of my choice, every working day, so we could for example, read complete "Catcher in a Rye" in a month or so. Does anyone know some online service that I could use for such purpose? I found only "Chapter-a-day" services, but I want to use book of my choice.

I ordered something from an online merchant and when I received the package I found an empty box inside. An empty watch box, that is, as the item in question was a watch. When I called the company to complain, I could tell that the CSR was convinced I was a crook... (They promised a replacement, btw.)
Has something like this happened to anyone ? I was wondering how common this experience is.
