Are there any sites with ideas for new web services? I'm in an entrepreneurial slump and ideas are a dime a dozen--so where are all the ideas? Trying to find inspiration for creating a new consumer web service.

I am running a free Web-based service for friends and acquaintances. Lately, the volume on this service has been growing greatly. The next step is to move the service to a professional host. I am thinking of putting a paypal donation button on the site to help pay for it. Are there any legal or tax issues I need to worry about? Do I need a business license? What if I want to start selling Cafe Press items or running Google ads? I am located in the USA.

Domain names are fun! My company has over 60 domain names with two main registars - Valueweb and Network Solutions. I would like to have all domains under one roof. Who would you transfer domains too and why? I find dealing with these companies very confusing.
