I need a free online newspaper article clipping service that will let me view images of actual print articles, front page headline stories. Sort of a free Burrell's. Newseum sort of helps, but I need to search for articles throughout 2009. Can anybody point me in the right direction? Didn't Google used to have something like this?

For the third time now I've discovered that I've been improperly served a summons, and for the second time I've had a default judgment entered against me because I was unaware of the court date. It seems ridiculously difficult to take action against service processors for this behavior as it's your word against their affidavit and there are no regulatory agencies governing them. Are there legal avenues that I'm not aware of? [more inside]

I'm in the US, my partner is in Melbourne AU. In a very last minute arrangement, he is picking up his 6 year old daughter for Easter weekend. Does anyone know any way that I can get some Easter goodies (a traditional Easter basket, preferably) delivered there in time? I would likely need to accomplish this online.

Brand new iPhone (1 week old ) has a dead pixel! Apple Store says this is within "spec," and therefore doesn't warrant an exchange. I call BS on that. Suggestions to help me persuade them to take the thing back and give me a new one? This isn't what I paid $199 for. It's within the 30-day exchange period and I have Apple Care, in case that's relevant.
