For the third time now I've discovered that I've been improperly served a summons, and for the second time I've had a default judgment entered against me because I was unaware of the court date. Brand new iPhone (1 week old ) has a dead pixel! Apple Store says this is within "spec," and therefore doesn't warrant an exchange. I call BS on that. Suggestions to help me persuade them to take the thing back and give me a new one? This isn't what I paid $199 for.
