I need a skinny, possibly fanless video card for a 1 U server. Linux drivers, PCI Express, very little room for it to live. [more inside]

Network admin / geek question: I'm in the process of building a small cluster of servers for my quickly growing wallpaper website, but I've never charted those waters before. I found a nice article on TorrentFreak about Mininova's server setup, and found it quite intriguing. My question is, are there any other big-ish sites like Mininova that are open about their hardware infrastructure? Googling around yielded few results. I'd be interested to see the setup for a site like Digg, MeFi, or Flickr. Thanks in advance. [more inside]

Floppy disks? Are you kidding me? I haven't used Symantec Ghost in a long time, but am forced to at the moment. Even back then, floppies were on the way out, and now they're flat-out gone. But as far as I can tell, Ghost still absolutely flat-out requires you to use floppies (which can then be transferred on to CDs) in order to function. Am I right? And if I am, isn't this absolutely insane?

I've just purchased 4 sticks of PNY 512MB PC3200 DDR 400MHz RAM (2GB). Where can I find a Dell server that will accept this RAM? I don't mind used computers and I'd like to keep it under $500. Finding which RAM to put in a given machine is easy. But I'm struggling with finding all the machines that will accept my RAM. I prefer Dell but some other server with nice case design (tool-less entry, etc) would be considered. Pentium or AMD please.
