Wiki platform for potentially confidential/sensitive data

Last year, I asked about a simple wiki platform for many users, and Wiki Spot sounded like a good fit. I slacked off, Wiki Spot is no longer accepting new accounts, and I have additional criteria: some level of security/hiding for confidential and/or sensitive data. Also, I have a Dreamhost account that I'm not utilizing, and DH has a number of wiki platforms that can be installed. Any suggestions for platforms to use or avoid?

Help me be more sensitive.

My mother and I fought (details inside) and I realized that I'm becoming a bit of a insensitive person when it comes to sharing feelings. I guess I don't realize when people just want to talk about how they feel and when they're actually looking for solutions. How do I learn this? [more inside]

Tender feet and toes...

okay, two fold question. My best friend (a petite woman) has always had really sensitive toes. If she stubs them, or anything falls on them, it hurts a lot, and she feels nauseous. Also, when doing yoga positions that require standing on one foot, the soles of her feet burn, or tingle. She is in great physical shape, age in the latter 50's, and does not have diabetes. Thoughts on any of this or all?

Should I return my stuff?

I ordered a product that can be damaged by heat. The company I ordered it from shipped it from Arizona, and as I just found out, did not include an ice pack with it. It's been in Arizona, where temps are over 100 for two days so far according to the tracking information. I'm thinking of returning it. Is this unnecessary?

How to get communicate with other guys

I am your stereotypical sensitive-male who has far more female than male friends. Communicating with women is absolutely no problem for me (and neither is romance). However I am and always have been rather inept at communicating with other men. I interpret things they say incorrectly, and they interpret what I say incorrectly, and the problem has just exacerbated itself over the course of my life. However, I'm just shy of 30 years old and not willing to give up quite yet on changing the patterns in my life. How can I learn to interact normally with other guys?
