My dad is hasn't taken a vacation away from his home in decades and he's now retired and has nothing to do all day. I don't think he's very happy and he doesn't have enough initiative to get out and do something.<br> <br> He's an immigrant to the US, so he doesn't have many friends around the country, he'll 72 in a few weeks so I don't think he'd necessarily want to do the things I would enjoy, and he's single so it would be nice if he could go on a vacation with a group where he might have a chance to make new friends. He hasn't seen the US ouside of New England/New York and he likes guided tours.
