Can anyone suggest a great bridal seamstress in the NYC area that can do a wedding dress from scratch using a picture as reference? Adding difficulty, this would need to be done for less than ~$1000, and the wedding is May 6, so it would have to be done (with fittings, etc.) before that. [more inside]
