I have a two-stroke, 50cc scooter. The miles are starting to add up and its idle is sounding rougher and rougher whenever I use it. Can I get a "tune up" for a small scooter like I would a car? What does this involve? Something I can do myself is fine, though I'll probably just take it to a garage. [more inside]

My scooter has a wet seat. Not at first glance, but the foam cushioning seeps out water when I sit on it (I left it outside a while ago in some heavy rain), making it necessary for me to sit on a plastic bag every time I ride. It's been dry everyday for two weeks, and the thing still seeps water! How can I dry the seat out? [more inside]
