I purchased a refurb sansa 8g mp3 from woot.com and the inner screen is now broken disrupting the display. I cannot seem to find much help in fixing this problem myself. Any suggestions?

Last night I took maybe 40-50 photos with my Nikon D70 on a SanDisc 512MB compact flash card. Today the camera was displaying an [-E-] on the LCD even though the card was still in the camera. [more inside]

I have a new SanDisk Sansa m230 512MB. I had it loaded up and plugged into my Thinkpad T23 (with Ubuntu Dapper on it). I accidentally unplugged it while it was ejecting, and when I next tried plugging it in, the unit was read-only. [more inside]
