I need to spread the ashes of a deceased relative in San Diego. Does anyone have any suggestions on how this might happen? [more inside]

I've got a friend with an adopted son. The kid has some adjustment problems from his early treatment and adjustment here. She's looking at using meds to change his behavior. I think that's not a great idea and she should look to enrolling him in martial arts classes. They are in San Diego. Can anyone recommend a program in that area? [more inside]
