I am looking for a new *wired* headset (headphone / microphone) for my cellphone... My current cellphone is a Samsung SCH-R430 (also called a MyShot). The thing that makes it hard is that this phone has a proprietary headphone jack (see picture here) - not a standard one. [more inside]

My boss has a Samsung D500 and some generic Bluetooth dongle. In the past, she would plug in the dongle, put the phone by it and some software enabling contact-transferrage, etc. would pop up. Now, she gets a window about the DUN modem asking for a mysterious username and password and a number-to-dial. [more inside]
