I traveled through Ecuador for about 2 months, and in the process fell in love with Salsa de Aji, specifically the
Salsa de Aji con Chochos, made by SNOB.
I cannot for the life of me find somewhere online to buy it (that ships within the U.S.). What would be the best way for me to find someone in Ecuador to get me some? I'm located in Los Angeles. I realize this could get expensive but right now I'm just trying to think if there's even a way I could do it.

My friend (who's known as the Magic Salsa Fairy) converted a bunch of my homegrown tomatoes into a prodigious quantity of excellent hot salsa. There's more than a quart of it. I've got the whole tortilla chips/nachos/quesadillas axis covered, but what else can I do with it? You can assume that I'm a skillful indoor cook and my husband has a good gas grill and knows how to use it. Bonus points for healthy meal ideas. We are omnivores, but try to limit the carbs (b/c my husband is Type II diabetic).

Recommend me groups, cd's, songs, whatever of popular spanish music acts, especially anything or anyone you'd expect to hear in a club. Maybe you can give an inkling as to the relative quality (that is to say, if someone were you post this thread about english music, you might say "lady gaga is better than keisha, but you're gonna hear both in a club)
Assume I've heard of no one (except Shakira, Julieta Venegas, Calle 13, Daddy Yankee)

Latin Dancing Ettiquette: I really want to learn Latin Dancing, but for cultural reasons (and prudishness) would be uncomfortable dancing with a woman other than my fiancee. I doubt I would be pleased with her dancing with other men.

I happened to mention to a well-meaning friend that I liked the taste of chipotle. Soon afterward, I received a care package just loaded with chipotle products. Please help me make mouth-watering concoctions.

I love
Chili's salsa, it isn't full of chunks of veggies like the salsas I've tried in the store (and I think I've tried them all). Last night I went to
On The Border and found out I liked their salsa even better. A similar consistency, but spicier and with some cilantro.
What kind of salsa am I looking for (ordering online is fine, or brick and mortar in metro NY) that is most similar to these two?

Salsa help. The edible kind. I'm in love with Chipotle's Tomatillo Red-Chili (hot) Salsa and am looking for one of two things: a recipe for the salsa, or if anyone can recommend a comparable store-bought salsa. I would describe it as sub-jabanero hot, with a smooth, almost creamy texture that isn't runny and with no visible onions.

I've just taken my 2nd salsa dance lesson. I've been told to practice. Can anyone recommend a good CD to purchase and practice salsa? Or, how about songs that I could compile onto a CD? I need varying tempos and rhythms.
