What is the best UK-based mileage plan? Or do I need one?

I travel a lot to the US and I plan to travel to Russia a few times this summer. I used to have a good mileage plan in the US, but I'm not sure what the best one is for the UK. Alternatively, maybe it's cheaper just to always find the least expensive flights rather than being loyal to one group of airlines?

Cheapest way to mail and track documents going from US to Russia?

I need to mail some important documents from the US to Russia via a method that is trackable. The cheapest price I can find is $28.95 via USPS. Does anyone know of a less expensive method that includes tracking information? These are just paper documents, not a package. Thanks!

US Playstation games USSR

Is there a difference between US and European playstation games? I want to get games for my nephew and brother-in-law who live in Moscow but my sister says that games bought here (the US) will not play there. I have googled and asked at a bunch of stores and have gotten many different answers. Has anyone here had any experiences with this? [more inside]
