Puff, puff, OWWWWWWW

All my life I've had this problem when doing any sort of cardio activity: my throat can stand my breathing for about 15 seconds before it starts to burn like hell. I feel like I can't get enough air, there's a lot of breathy noises, and I get hot as blazes. [more inside]
