I want this:
1) highlight portion of any website, including embedded youtube, images, text, what have you.
2) click bookmarklet.
Optional step 3) a new window pops up, allowing me to add a note.
4) a subscribeable RSS feed receives a new entry, whose title is a link back to the website in step one, and whose body is the highlighted portion from step one as well as my note.
5) share RSS with friends.
Does it exist?

Now that Bloglines is shutting down I need to find a new online feed reader for my secondary (entertainment) feeds. I already use Google Reader for work related feeds and like to keep my two streams uncrossed so I can avoid drifting off into entertainment land. What are the best other online feed readers?

How do web feeds and news aggregators work? When a new blog post goes up does the aggregator automatically pick that up when it checks for updates to the feed or does each site's feed decide how often they update their feeds independent of how often the blog is updated? What is a good aggregator that lets me set how often to check feeds or even lets me check feeds manually?
