Looking for covers of American or British classic oldies (or even some classic rock tunes) in non-English languages--for example a cover of the Ronettes "Be My Baby"
in French .
THANKS! :)

A non-chorus line mentions leaving a message for the wind, I think. And then the next line is something about the wind maybe passing on that message to some other aspect of nature? How's
that for specific? This is not "A Message to the Wind" by Gordon Lightfoot, by the way. I would guess it hails from the mid-seventies. In terms of "feeling," my vague-ass memory places it somewhere between Boston and Kansas, but that's obviously slippery footing.

I don't typically listen to classic rock, but I'm SURE they're out there.. what are some big, stupid, loud rock songs about space? I don't mean spacey sounding, I mean.. Deep Purple "Space Truckin," Monster Magnet "Space Lord." More, please.

Is there a website or forum where users compile and trade Garage band files of sequenced classic rock? I have a musician friend who is looking for pre-recorded tracks of just the drum and bass for each song, so he can add vocals and lead.

I'm a 40 year old male and a music nut, but only classic rock and only musicians with ultimate talent. My favorites include The Who, Rush, Kinks, Moody Blues, Peter Gabriel's Genesis, pre-Born In the USA Bruce, Ozzy, Maiden, Sabbath, etc. I haven't found a good band in the 90's and 00's until I found Wolfmother. Are there any others out there worth listening to?

Classic Rock Filter: I'm looking for the name of a rock LP with a cover design that features a screaming face, essentially purple-hued. I believe it's either Deep Purple or Humble Pie, but Google is failing me ...
