Movie with women ramming cars?

Movie ID: Two women in a parking lot have an extreme case of road rage, started by one of the women hitting the other woman's car with the door as she opened it. They proceeded to slowly escalate the altercation, and it ends with them trying to ram each other head on, but their cars are so messed up they that couldn't move quickly enough to do any real damage. I believe this ends up being some sort of dream/flashback/fantasy sequence.

Can someone track me down from my license plates?

I got into a serious road rage incident with another driver, who turned out to be quite an angry guy. Do you think I should be worried about vengeful repercussions? Just as I was hitting highway speed and running out of road in the merge lane, another driver came speeding down the right lane and cut me off... he could have put me in a ditch. I lost it a little and flashed the finger as he passed me.

Here's where he goes ballistic - he gets in front of me and comes to a full and complete stop on the highway, cursing me out of his driver's side window. He takes off. I pass him, and he is yelling, calling us "bitches", et cetera.

I thought I heard him say something about running my plates. He had out of state plates and appeared to be the farthest thing from a cop. But who knows who this guy is, or who he knows? Maybe I was hearing things, but should I be worried he might do that? I have a pretty good imagination, and I am having visions of this person showing up on my parents' doorstep (to whom the car is registered).

Am I paranoid? Can someone do that?

Could this asshole-motorist repellant actually work?

I'm fed up with nearly getting clipped by passing cars while on my bike. The other day I thought of attaching a key or scribe to a flexible pole mounted on the side of my bike as a deterrent. Is this a good idea? It would work like pointing your left hand out holding a key, only permanently attached to the frame. I was thinking of using a pole from one of those driveway reflectors that guide plow trucks with a nice sharp tip and an orange flag for visibility.

From a safety perspective I think the flexible pole would prevent the bike from getting knocked out from under me if I got hit. Ohio law requires motorists to give 3 feet of clearance while passing, so from a legal perspective as long as I limited the length to 3ft out it seems as kosher as those devices that will bust a tire if you try and leave a parking lot the wrong way.

Am I on to something or am I just crazy?

Pray for public transportation.

How can I prove to the DMV that the lien on the car I just bought has been paid off? The secured party listed on the title (a bank) was bought by FCNB bank and then by BB&T bank. I bought a truck from a friends dad about a week ago. The truck was registered in Maryland, but I live in Virginia. I just got the title, which needed to be replaced as they had lost the original one. The bank listed as the lien holder on the title no longer exists, and neither does the bank that bought the original bank. All are under the control of BB&T now. I need to prove to the Virginia DMV that the lien is off the truck, but have no clue who contact about clearing this up. The Maryland DMV? BB&T bank? If it's BB&T, who should I call? Their general 800 #? A branch local to the Maryland town where the truck came from? Will they issue me the notice that the lien is no longer valid even though I'm not the person on the title or in their paperwork?

help please.

is there an effective cure for road rage?

RoadRageFilter: Does anyone know of an effective cure or countermeasure for someone with road rage? My wife drives 2 or 3 hours a day, which she claims is the cause of all her road rage. I've tried cd's with soothing music, books on tape... she's normaly a very sweet, kind and loving person right up until she gets in a car and it's almost worse when I'm driving.

are cyclists a menace to society?

Are commuter cyclists really the regular victims of extreme road rage, inspired merely by their presence? Why? In this thread, several people claim to have been the innocent victims of car driver rage simply for the fact that they have the gall to ride a bicycle on public roads. Is this a common experience, in US or other cities? What could possibly be motivating these people (the aggro drivers)? I'm a daily commuter and I've come across inconsiderate or just plain bad drivers many a time, but not openly, pointlessless hostile ones. Occasionally, someone will beep me for absolutely no reason, and I wave and smile. But why would someone try to threaten a person just for riding a bike? I'm genuinely curious, this isn't a secret cyclists are betta! thread, pop psychologists and amateur anthropologists please go right ahead (just don't mention virility.
