AOL incompatible with Twitter?

Help, please. I cannot get any page at all at Twitter to load -- it just kicks me back to whatever page I was on previously. This started exactly when I installed the latests AOL Aim program on 9.15. I have updated my firefox browser, erased cache and cookies, and made sure JavaScript was enabled, and updated Java, but still no dice. Any ideas? I cannot even get to the Twitter help page or log in. Thank you so much.

Post-interview thank-you note ... without contact info?

I just had an interview, and I know standard post-interview procedure is to send in an email thanking them for the opportunity. But ... I don't have my interviewer's contact info. In fact, when I asked for an email address at the end of the interview in case I had more questions and so on, his reply was "Best go through your HR contact; they'll pass on anything relevant." What should I do - should I send a thank-you note to HR? Send a note and ask them to pass it on? No thank-you note? [more inside]

Gunning for the Gunners

Is it possible to get tickets for the Arsenal Shakhtar versus Donetsk game on October 19 at Emirates Stadium? I'll be in London for a few days around then and noticed the fixture. Any idea of how much they will cost? If not that game are there other Premier League or good Football League Championship games in London where midweek tickets might be possible to get?

Need recommendations for fast dye-sublimation, 4x6, <$1000 printer.

Starting my own arts non-profit: how nutty?

My adult life has been split between art (performing arts) and non-profit administration (major donor fundraising). I'm now approaching a point where I want to merge the two and create my own arts nonprofit. My intent is to start small. I guess I'm hoping to split half my time as a fundraiser/grantwriter/administrator and half my time running the program. Am I crazy? I dont think this thing will officially launch before the next year or two, so please pretend this will happen in a decent economy. I think I have a good service to provide, access to strong potential boardmembers, etc. Thanks, hive.

Allergic to schnapps?

Sometimes when I drink alcohol I get sort of an allergic reaction: skin rash (red spots on my face and shoulders) that feels a bit itchy. The first time that happened was about 2 years ago (never had that before and I'm 29 now) and now it occurs about every tenth (or so) time I drink hard liquor. It hardly ever occurs with beer or wine and it doesn't seem to be related to a certain ingredient (it happens with vodka as well as with Campari). Plus it doesn't seem to be related to the quantity of alcohol ingested. Maybe the cause is a certain kind of food in combination with alcohol? I haven't done enough "tests" to find out more. What could that be and need I be worried?
